Formerly the rooftop studio of architect Arieh Sharon, Israel's pioneering modernist, this residence reflects 1920s modernism and the iconic primary palette of Le Corbusier, the father of modern architecture. Clean lines, bold red, blue and yellow, and a vast roof terrace crown the top of Hayarkon 70.
This was Arieh Sharon's own studio, perched on the building's roof. Today its crowning feature is a 160 m² rooftop terrace with open Mediterranean views, a private sky-deck for sunrise coffee, sunset gatherings, and the rare luxury of space above the city.
Unbroken Mediterranean horizons from the top of Hayarkon 70.
360° over Tel Aviv's Bauhaus rooftops, the White City at your feet.
A vast private terrace, open to sunrise, sunset and the stars.
A slow walk through the studio, its primary colours, its clean modernist lines, its rooftop light. Best experienced with sound on.
